1. About these Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://ampstar.in/ and any associated microsites and pages (collectively, the "Website"), which is the official corporate website of AMPSTAR, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, having its registered office at JSW Centre, Bandra Kurla Complex, Bandra (East), Mumbai-400051 (referred to here as "AMPSTAR", "the Company", "we", "us" or "our").

The Website provides general information about the Company, its business and operations, leadership and governance, sustainability and corporate-responsibility initiatives, investor and media information. By accessing or using the Website, User ("you", "your", or "User") and/or using the information or services provided on or via this Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. In the event you are not agreeable to these Terms, you shall not access the Application. These Terms constitute an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it, and do not require any physical or digital signature.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit AMPSTAR’s liability to the extent such exclusion or limitation is prohibited under Applicable Laws.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AMPSTAR, the JSW Group, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Website, or your violation of any Applicable Laws or Third-Party rights.

14. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which explain how we collect, use, and protect your Personal Data in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025, and other Applicable Laws . 18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the Website (including non-contractual disputes) are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

The parties shall first attempt to resolve any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms through good-faith negotiations, initiated by written notice to the other party, and may proceed to formal proceedings only if the dispute remains unresolved thirty (30) days after the date of such notice. Nothing in this clause shall exclude or limit any right, remedy, or mandatory protection available to any User under Applicable Laws that cannot lawfully be displaced by agreement, nor shall it prevent either party from seeking urgent interim or injunctive relief from any court of competent jurisdiction.

Subject to the dispute-resolution procedure set out in the preceding paragraph, the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

19. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision will not constitute a waiver of that or any other right or provision. A waiver on one occasion does not constitute a waiver on any other occasion.

The User shall not assign, transfer, or delegate any rights or obligations under these Terms, whether by operation of law or otherwise, without AMPSTAR's prior written consent. AMPSTAR may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, to any person or entity, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganisation, sale of assets, or by operation of law under Applicable Laws, without the User's consent.

21. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Website.

If any feature, resource, campaign, submission process, or other Service is subject to additional terms, those additional terms prevail over these Terms solely to the extent of any inconsistency and only in relation to that feature, resource, campaign, submission process, or Service. The Privacy Policy prevails with respect to the processing of Personal Data as provided in Section 2.
