The name AMPSTAR brings together two powerful ideas together

“AMP”

The word is derived from ampere, the unit of electric current, and represents the power of technology to amplify performance and drive progress

“Star”

The word represents aspiration, progress, leadership and excellence. Together they express the idea at the core of the brand: powered progress.

The visual identity is modern and technology forward while staying grounded in real world usability. Its flowing letterforms reflect an integrated ecosystem in which vehicles, energy and intelligence work as one. At its centre is the Rising Star, a distinctive angular A whose upward thrust marks the point where momentum turns into progress.
